Let’s face it, being constipated is an uncomfortable condition to have and finding a remedy that actually works is worth it’s weight in gold. High fiber foods are also excellent natural cures for constipation. Things like fruits, vegetables, and other sources of dietary fiber help to alleviate the problem of being constipated. Foods to avoid include those high in sugar, fat, fried foods, and dairy products.

Another natural cure to battle the problem of being constipated is mixing lemon and honey in a glass of warm water.

You can also try mixing orange juice and olive oil. While this won’t be the best tasting concoction that you’ve ever downed, it should help to get things moving.
